Have a break, have a Sabbath! (4th Commandment) Exodus 20:8-11

In 1924 Eric Liddell, the flying Scotsman, was set to win Olympic gold in the 100m, but he refused to run because the heats were being run on a Sunday. He was a Christian and for him Sunday was the Lord's Day - a day of rest and worship.  Was he right to refuse to run? What does it mean to "remember the Sabbath and keep it holy"? Does this still apply to Christians?

You can read Exodus 20:8-11 here and our second reading from Matthew 11:25-30 here and listen to the sermon at the link above.
